Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Breda Haugh jewellery. Your jewellery will be dispatched within 3-5 days by Irish registered post (An Post) and must be signed for on delivery. Costs are as below:

If a piece of jewellery you require is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. Breda Haugh Jewellery has no control over customs or import duties that may be levied when the jewellery reaches your destination country and for which you are liable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us for a refund within 30 days of dispatch.The goods must be returned packaged, in their original box with the receipt, and the reason for the return stated.We will then refund the value of the items returned,
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return.
We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
When the item of jewellery being returned is faulty or is not what was ordered Breda Haugh Jewellery will include the price of insured return postage in your refund.
With regard to rings – it is the customers responsibility when ordering a ring to ensure the correct size is stated. Where resizing is possible a charge will apply.
